My stay at The Raweekanlaya Bangkok was quite a mixed bag. The hotel is a lovely oasis amidst the bustling chaos of the city, but I did encounter some issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the clean facilities and beautiful gardens. However, the noisy location affected my experience, especially at night, and I found the breakfast selection disappointing for a five-star hotel.

Rooms
7.0
The room was beautiful but quite small and faced a noisy street, which made it hard to relax. I wish there were better soundproofing and more storage space, as I had trouble working around my luggage.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist, from check-in to my inquiries about transportation options in the city. They definitely added a personal touch to my stay.
Location
6.0
The location is fairly convenient, although it could be a challenge for tourists to walk to the nearby attractions. It was nice to escape the touristy areas, but the noise and pollution were noticeable.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast offered basic selections that didn’t quite meet my expectations for a five-star hotel. There were limited choices, although everything was generally tasty. The hotel does not serve alcohol, but it's easy to find nearby options.
Facilities
7.0
I enjoyed the pool area, which was serene and well-kept. However, I found the fitness facilities lacking some basic amenities like towels and maintenance for the machines.

I had a lovely stay at The Raweekanlaya Bangkok, which provided a peaceful environment perfect for a getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me throughout my visit. However, I did find the room a bit small and lacking a window, which might not suit everyone. Overall, it served as a suitable base for exploring the city.

Rooms
7.0
The room was cozy and clean, but quite small with no window. I appreciated the cleanliness, although the lack of storage options was a minor inconvenience.
Service
10.0
The staff were exceptionally kind and couldn't do enough for me, always providing helpful information and assistance.
Location
8.0
The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the pier and a quick tuk-tuk ride to popular attractions. The serene setting is a nice escape from the city's hustle.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast was good with plenty of options for picky eaters, although I didn't try other meals during my stay. They even offered a 'breakfast on the move' for my early departure, which was a lovely touch.
Facilities
7.0
While the pool area was charming, it was on the smaller side. The hotel offered additional services like room service and housekeeping, enhancing the stay.

My stay at The Raweekanlaya Bangkok was a mix of positives and negatives. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement, and the noise from the morning activities was a bit disruptive. Overall, it was an okay experience, though I wouldn't rush back anytime soon.

Rooms
6.0
The room was relatively comfortable, fitting a king-size bed and some nice decor, but it didn't have any windows which made it feel darker. There was also some dust, which might not sit well with guests with allergies.
Service
8.0
The staff were undoubtedly the highlight, being very polite and accommodating, even apologizing and offering a dinner set when I had an issue during check-in.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a good spot for exploring Bangkok, close to Thewet pier, which is great for accessing the river. However, it's not super central, so transportation can be a hassle at times.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were decent but nothing special. Breakfast had a limited selection, mainly eggs and bacon, and I had some confusion with meal service at dinner.
Facilities
5.0
Although the pool area looked inviting, it was often crowded due to events. The exercise area was adequate, but I encountered issues with blocked drains in the showers.

5.8/10

My stay at The Raweekanlaya Bangkok was quite pleasant overall, though a few aspects could use improvement. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, enhancing my experience. However, the room size and lack of natural light were significant downsides that I didn't anticipate. The meals were satisfying, particularly breakfast, but lacked variety. I appreciated the lovely garden setting and tranquility, though the remote location made it a bit challenging to get around.

Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a Montha room, which was quite small and had no window, making it feel a bit claustrophobic. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, but the humidity smell was quite noticeable.
Service
9.0
The staff truly stood out during my visit. they were friendly, accommodating, and quick to help resolve any issues, like fixing the air conditioning promptly.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located a bit far from most attractions, which required taking taxis. A little hard to find initially, but the garden area was a nice escape. The noise from nearby roads was a minor distraction.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast had a decent selection and was enjoyable. However, I noticed the food was often just warm rather than hot. Afternoon tea was good, but overall, I wished for more variety in the menu.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was quaint, but quite small. I did appreciate the spa services, which were reasonably priced, although I found the Wi-Fi connection lacking.

5.6/10

My stay at The Raweekanlaya Bangkok had its ups and downs. I enjoyed the serene garden and helpful staff, but the accommodation fell short of my expectations, especially for a so-called upscale hotel. The location isn’t ideal for exploring without a car, and some amenities, like room service, were lacking.

Rooms
5.0
The room setup was misleading, with twin beds pushed together instead of a king. It faced an alley rather than the promised garden, and had issues like inadequate cleanliness and noisy surroundings.
Service
6.0
Staff were generally excellent and accommodating, but the dining experience was slow, which detracted from the overall experience.
Location
5.0
While the hotel is in a pleasant neighborhood, it's rather removed from main attractions. I found it to be a bit inconvenient without a car.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was average at best. I expected more variety for a 5-star hotel, and options were quite limited.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like the pool were nice, but the area could use more maintenance and care. The lack of a bar also felt like a letdown.
